Scott F. Siegwald, CIH, CSP, CHMM

Frontier’s founder and President, Mr. Scott Siegwald, has over 18 years of experience in general construction, civil construction, remediation construction, environmental site assessment, hazardous waste management, and industrial hygiene (IH).  Mr. Siegwald has served as a Program / Project Manager, inclusive of technical and quality control roles, on large construction and remediation contracts for DoD and other federal entities, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, and Federal Aviation Administration.  In these roles, Mr. Siegwald has managed federal contracts between $0.5 and $10 million.  At sites located throughout the U.S. and Virgin Islands, he has successfully implemented a wide-range of construction applications and technologies, including, but not limited to: pre-engineered building construction, levee construction and restoration, pipeline installations, soil removal actions, water and wastewater treatment plants, groundwater pump-and-treat systems, landfills, building decontamination, and demolition.  In support of these projects, Mr. Siegwald has directed off-site transportation and disposal activities for >1,000,000 tons of hazardous and special waste materials.

Mr. Siegwald’s experience also includes serving as Corporate Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager for a large manufacturing firm with five facilities and over 1,200 employees.  Throughout his career, Mr. Siegwald has provided comprehensive environmental compliance, health and safety, sampling and testing, and quality control services to a distinguished list of federal and commercial sector clients.
